If the ladder is not leaning against the right wall, every step we take just gets us to the wrong place faster. — Stephen Covey
My passion for financial planning was born out of one of the most defining moments of my life. In 2008, I watched my parents and countless others endure the devastating weight of the Great Recession. As the son of a refugee immigrant family, I was raised with a deep respect for hard work and saving. But witnessing that crisis firsthand taught me a hard truth: working harder and saving more alone isn't enough to protect the people you love. That realization sparked a question that has driven everything I've done since: How can I help families build financial security that actually holds? I began my career at a large insurance planning firm in Brea, California, where I quickly found my footing but also my limits. I knew I was moving in the right direction, but I wanted to do more than sell products. I wanted to make recommendations that were truly in my clients' best interests. So I made the leap, gained experience across several financial planning practices, and ultimately founded Endeavor Advisors, a firm built on the values I've carried since childhood. Today, I have the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, helping them navigate everything from everyday financial decisions to major life milestones. With a team that shares the same commitment to integrity and client-first service, I'm proud of the real difference we're making in our communities every day. Outside of work, I feel truly blessed. The greatest gift my career has ever given me has nothing to do with finance at all. It's my wife, Brittany, whom I met while working at a previous firm. We married in 2020, and she has been my greatest source of support and joy ever since. If you ever meet me in person, ask me how Pokémon Go led me to both marrying Brittany and founding Endeavor Advisors. I know that sounds insane. I promise it makes sense. Sometimes the most unlikely events lead to the most life-changing moments. Together, we share our home with four cats who are convinced they run the household and, honestly, they're not wrong. We also have a running joke that we'll add a dog to the family just as soon as my travel schedule allows me to be the responsible pet owner he or she would deserve. The dog has been "coming soon" for a while now. He or she doesn't know it yet, but they're worth the wait. When I'm not being outvoted by cats, I stay active at the gym, prioritize my mental health through therapy, and love exploring new foods and cultures wherever life takes me. I also cherish every moment spent with my family, especially my two younger brothers, aged 3 and 13, who are essentially a live masterclass in patience, chaos, and unconditional love. Spending time with them has been the best preparation I could ask for if Brittany and I have children of our own one day, though the cats have made it very clear they will not be accepting applications for siblings anytime soon. I don't take any of it for granted. That sense of gratitude is something I carry into my work every single day, and it's what drives me to show up fully for every client who trusts us with something as important as their financial future.
